Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,987 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein K11-linked ubiquitination, Ribosome localization, and Ribosomal subunit export from nucleus. Each is linked with POLR2B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR2B-to-partner and partner-to-POLR2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein K11-linked ubiquitination grouped by POLR2B-low versus POLR2B-high in OVARY.
