Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POLR1H Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POLR1H data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher POLR1H Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POLR1H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where POLR1H Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
