Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,387 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR1C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF318_S709, XPO5, and NELFB. Each is linked with POLR1C in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1C-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR1C versus ZNF318_S709 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
