Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,260 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLI1, FBL, and XPO5. Each is linked with POLR1C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1C-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR1C versus FLI1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
