POLR1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,187 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA5P5, OR11H5P, and RN7SL42P. Each is linked with POLR1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1C-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA5P5 grouped by POLR1C-low versus POLR1C-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
