Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are Stathmin, ATM, and E-Cadherin. Each is linked with POLR1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1C-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Stathmin grouped by POLR1C-low versus POLR1C-high in UCEC.
