POLR1C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,228 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR1C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of 5.8S rRNA, Maturation of SSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Maturation of 5.8S rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with POLR1C in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1C-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Maturation of 5.8S rRNA grouped by POLR1C-low versus POLR1C-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
