Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,702 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZC3H8, ADAR, and IWS1. Each is linked with POLR1B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1B-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR1B versus ZC3H8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
