Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,326 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are AURKA, CENPI, and FBL. Each is linked with POLR1B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1B-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLR1B versus AURKA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
