POLR1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,276 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPLP1, PPP2R3B, and MIR615. Each is linked with POLR1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1B-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPLP1 grouped by POLR1B-low versus POLR1B-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
