Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLR1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1_pT37_T46, Caspase-8, and eEF2. Each is linked with POLR1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1B-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1_pT37_T46 grouped by POLR1B-low versus POLR1B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
