Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLR1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,123 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLR1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter, Termination of RNA polymerase I transcription, and Transcription by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with POLR1B in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLR1B-to-partner and partner-to-POLR1B results are reported.
