POLM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLM RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,775 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZMIZ2, NUDCD3, and OGDH. Each is linked with POLM in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLM-to-partner and partner-to-POLM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLM versus ZMIZ2 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLM→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
