POLK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,416 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CERT1, TBCA, and RPL7. Each is linked with POLK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLK-to-partner and partner-to-POLK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLK versus CERT1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLK→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
