Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,002 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLK-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM184A, AP3B1, and AGGF1. Each is linked with POLK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLK-to-partner and partner-to-POLK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLK versus FAM184A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLK→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
