POLI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLI RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,553 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, FAM98B, and VSIR. Each is linked with POLI in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLI-to-partner and partner-to-POLI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLI versus SMAD4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLI→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
