Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLI protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,426 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLI-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF704, PIGH, and ZC3H14. Each is linked with POLI in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLI-to-partner and partner-to-POLI results are reported.
