POLI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLI mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLI-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eEF2, and eIF4E. Each is linked with POLI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLI-to-partner and partner-to-POLI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by POLI-low versus POLI-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLI→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
