POLI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 493 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLI-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6J1, PPP1R2C, and IFNG. Each is linked with POLI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLI-to-partner and partner-to-POLI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6J1 grouped by POLI-low versus POLI-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLI→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
