POLH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLH RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,710 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLH-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPM1D, KBTBD2, and DNAJC24. Each is linked with POLH in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLH-to-partner and partner-to-POLH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLH versus PPM1D in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLH→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
