Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,780 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANP32E, TBCC, and UBE2T. Each is linked with POLH in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLH-to-partner and partner-to-POLH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLH versus ANP32E in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLH→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
