POLH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,598 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLH-associated genes across cancer lineages are BOLA3P1, PEBP1P1, and BNIP3P3. Each is linked with POLH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLH-to-partner and partner-to-POLH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BOLA3P1 grouped by POLH-low versus POLH-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLH→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
