Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,938 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Error-free translesion synthesis, Translesion synthesis, and DNA synthesis involved in DNA replication. Each is linked with POLH in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLH-to-partner and partner-to-POLH results are reported.
