POLG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,277 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, DDX42, and SF3B3. Each is linked with POLG2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLG2-to-partner and partner-to-POLG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLG2 versus VEZF1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
