The most reproducible POLG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYROBP, SASH3, and GPR65. Each is linked with POLG2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLG2-to-partner and partner-to-POLG2 results are reported.
