Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC53, PRAMEF7, and IL20. Each is linked with POLG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLG2-to-partner and partner-to-POLG2 results are reported.
