POLE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLE3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP90, MIR8064, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with POLE3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLE3-to-partner and partner-to-POLE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP90 grouped by POLE3-low versus POLE3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
