POLE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,304 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC1_T506, RFC2, and RRM2. Each is linked with POLE2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLE2-to-partner and partner-to-POLE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLE2 versus RFC1_T506 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
