Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1G1P1, RNA5SP164, and LINC02342. Each is linked with POLE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLE2-to-partner and partner-to-POLE2 results are reported.
