Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLE2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ Tem and Adipocytes. Each is linked with POLE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLE2-to-partner and partner-to-POLE2 results are reported.
