Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,308 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLE2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic DNA integrity checkpoint signaling, Cell cycle DNA replication, and DNA replication. Each is linked with POLE2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLE2-to-partner and partner-to-POLE2 results are reported.
