POLE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,848 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATAD2, RFC2, and LIG1. Each is linked with POLE in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLE-to-partner and partner-to-POLE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLE versus ATAD2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLE→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
