POLD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,325 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD2, POLD1, and RRM2. Each is linked with POLD3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLD3-to-partner and partner-to-POLD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLD3 versus POLD2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
