POLD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 840 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3135A, LAMTOR1, and VPS26B. Each is linked with POLD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLD3-to-partner and partner-to-POLD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3135A grouped by POLD3-low versus POLD3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
