POLD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,528 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLA1, RSF1, and INCENP. Each is linked with POLD3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLD3-to-partner and partner-to-POLD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLD3 versus POLA1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
