Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,610 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule organizing center organization, Centrosome duplication, and Centriole assembly. Each is linked with POLD3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLD3-to-partner and partner-to-POLD3 results are reported.
