Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,411 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, DTL, and POLD3. Each is linked with POLD2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLD2-to-partner and partner-to-POLD2 results are reported.
