POLD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 895 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01817, MTCO2P31, and RPL12P5. Each is linked with POLD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLD2-to-partner and partner-to-POLD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01817 grouped by POLD2-low versus POLD2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
