POLD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, IGFBP2, and MEK1. Each is linked with POLD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLD2-to-partner and partner-to-POLD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by POLD2-low versus POLD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
