Across TCGA cell cohorts, POLD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,063 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, 2-oxoglutarate decarboxylation to succinyl-CoA, and Cell cycle DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with POLD2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLD2-to-partner and partner-to-POLD2 results are reported.
