Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,414 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, CDKN3, and GINS1. Each is linked with POLD1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLD1-to-partner and partner-to-POLD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLD1 versus CENPM in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
