POLD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,017 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KMT5AP1, RBMY2KP, and EIF4E. Each is linked with POLD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLD1-to-partner and partner-to-POLD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KMT5AP1 grouped by POLD1-low versus POLD1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
