POLD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ATM, and EGFR. Each is linked with POLD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLD1-to-partner and partner-to-POLD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by POLD1-low versus POLD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
