Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,866 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSD3, ASH2L, and VDAC3. Each is linked with POLB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLB-to-partner and partner-to-POLB results are reported.
