Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLB protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,320 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRCC1, PRPF4, and ASH2L. Each is linked with POLB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLB-to-partner and partner-to-POLB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLB versus XRCC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLB→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
