POLB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POLB-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXTL2P1, GOLGA6L11P, and OAZ1. Each is linked with POLB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLB-to-partner and partner-to-POLB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXTL2P1 grouped by POLB-low versus POLB-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLB→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
