Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POLA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,655 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POLA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPA, CENPE, and POC1A. Each is linked with POLA1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POLA1-to-partner and partner-to-POLA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POLA1 versus CENPA in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POLA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POLA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
