POGZ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POGZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,682 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POGZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are GABPB2, TP53BP2, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with POGZ in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGZ-to-partner and partner-to-POGZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POGZ versus GABPB2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POGZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→POGZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
