POGZ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POGZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,601 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POGZ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2B, DHX9, and RPRD2. Each is linked with POGZ in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGZ-to-partner and partner-to-POGZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POGZ versus GATAD2B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POGZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→POGZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
