POGZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POGZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,109 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POGZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRM2, EIF3I, and TIMM13. Each is linked with POGZ in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POGZ-to-partner and partner-to-POGZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RRM2 grouped by POGZ-low versus POGZ-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POGZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→POGZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
